About Flowstead

Flowstead is an AI-powered operations management platform for small service businesses, initially built through MadeThis. Its focus is simple: help business owners spend less time managing busywork and more time serving their customers.

We’re building around the realities of daily service work: coordinating people, keeping track of tasks, and making sure the next step doesn’t get lost. Our guiding principle is practical AI that supports people, rather than adding another layer of complexity.
